Verizon is going to officially purchase Yahoo for $4.8 billion. Marissa Mayer who is the seventh and last CEO of Yahoo will leave upon deal success. The directors who will remain even after the deal signing are Jeffrey Smith, Tor Braham and Catherine J. Friedman, Eric Brandt and Thomas McInerney. Mr. Webb would become the chairman of Altaba.<\/p>\n
